workshop featured presenter Doug Goodkin. Drawing from his latest book,
Intery Mintery, Doug presented
a
wealth of material, exploring the music in the rhyme, rhythm, meter and
alliteration of poetry and the poetic
imagery, metaphor and storytelling of music. As with any Orff workshop,
this one featured hands-on experiences; as can be expected of a Goodkin
workshop, those experiences were engaging, amusing, and often
inspirational.
