This year’s POSA Chapter Share takes a special turn as we celebrate Seeds to Blooms: POSA’s 50th Anniversary. Long-time and current members come together to share the story of POSA’s fifty-plus years through music, movement, and personal reflections.

From the first seeds of an idea to the vibrant chapter we are today, this Chapter Share honors the people, moments, and experiences that helped POSA grow. Through shared memories and music-making, we’ll reflect on where we’ve been, celebrate how far we’ve come, and look ahead to what continues to bloom.

Whether you are a long-standing member or newer to POSA, this Chapter Share is an opportunity to connect, reflect, and celebrate our shared journey..

As we celebrate over 50+ years of our Orff Chapter, we’re creating a memory book to honor the people, stories, and milestones that have shaped our journey. We would love for you to be a part of this legacy by sharing your memories and reflections, from your time with the chapter.

Your stories, whether funny, heartfelt, or thoughtful, are vital pieces of our history. There’s no “right” way to respond: feel free to answer the questions that speak to you, write freely, or even just share a single favorite memory. Please feel free to share anything else that comes to mind, stories, names, places, ideas, or even “remember when…” moments. Every detail helps us preserve the rich tapestry of our chapter’s history.

We are thrilled that our Orff Schulwerk Chapter has celebrated it’s 50th anniversary! For five decades, we've been dedicated to fostering creativity, musicality, and community through the Orff approach, and we couldn't have done it without your support.

To mark this milestone, we are celebrating at our workshops and Chapter Share, and we'd love for you to join us. Whether you've been with us since the beginning or are new to our community, this is a time to reflect on our shared journey and look forward to the future.

We are gathering memories and reflections of our history to share at our workshops, and to preserve the history of our chapter. Together, we'll honor our past, celebrate our achievements, and inspire the next generation of music educators.
